A Scope of Services Provided

We can assist Residents with help bathing/grooming, getting in and out of shower, dressing assistance, toileting, etc. Meals preparation are available three times a day; these are healthy home-cooked meals and a night-time snack is provided for the Residents.

If a Resident has a health diagnosis as to high blood pressure, diabetes or other medical conditions, Renacer ACLF will provide special diet accommodations upon request or at Doctor's orders. While 24-hour awake staff is not required by Florida State Licensing, at Renacer ACLF, we have 24 hours caregivers awake during the night to accommodate the Resident's needs if they wake up and need assistance.

The Resident's level of alert, mobility and care needs can be provided at Renacer ACLF with entertainment through a third party provider. In order to keep them active, we also encourage some of these activities at Renacer ACLF or outside the Facility (can include and may be limited at times) like, Alexa Music Therapy, Pet Therapy, Board Games, Handcraft Activities, Coloring. We also have WIFI Internet Access, Cable/TV. Residents are allowed to be affiliated to any Medical Clinic of their choice, as long as they agree that all appointments, transportation, labs, special testing, specialists and communication with doctors must be done through the Resident or Family/Representative.

Renacer will be able to accommodate Resident's transportation for those are registered with our Medical Team, this will be through "MobivCare Transportation", or through the LTC Provider to and from doctor’s appointments outside the Facility.

A Resident's family/representative will be responsible for transportation if they don't use "MobivCare Services", or the LTC Provider. Resident's family/representative is responsible for Specialist appointments; we do not attend the medical appointment with the Resident (i.e.,Pulmonologist, Dermatologist, Oncologist, etc) that are outside the Facility. Resident's family/representative is responsible for the Resident's personal shopping and religious Worship Services.

Our Facility it is equipped with a Stand-By Gas Generator providing comfort throughout our entire Facility in the event of a natural disaster, as Hurricanes.

Assisted Living Facilities Costs:

The cost of care and/or rent for Assisted Living Facility may vary based on care/assistance/resident's needs, health conditions, etc. These factors include the resident’s needs (i.e., bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, etc.), preferences (i.e., private or shared room), as well as other resident's needs. For more information please contact us. The Facility will conduct a resident’s care assessment prior to admission.
